📘 Terms of Service (Cheiz)

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the company regarding the use of the services provided by Cheiz (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Kabushiki Gaisha LIFESHOT (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

2. Definitions

1. "Service" refers to all internet-based services provided by Cheiz, including but not limited to viewing and purchasing photo content and utilizing paid features.
2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Service, including both members and non-members.
3. "Member" refers to an individual who has registered with the Service and can continuously use the services provided by Cheiz.
   • (1) "Photographer Member" refers to an individual or entity authorized by the Company to upload photo content and provide services.
   • (2) "General Member" refers to users who can freely register, view, and purchase content, manage albums, and leave reviews.
4. "Nickname" means an identifier selected by the user and approved by the Company for use in the Service.
5. "Content" refers to all information, text, photos, and other materials provided by the Company or uploaded by users in connection with the Service.
6. "Paid Services" refer to services provided to users for a fee, including downloadable original photos and professional editing services.

3. Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Kobe District Court in Japan.

4. Provision and Modification of Services

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • (1) Provision of content and photo-related digital services
   • (2) Photo upload and purchase system
   • (3) Other services defined by the Company
2. The Company may modify the content of the paid services if necessary. In such cases, the Company shall notify users of the changes in advance.
