LIFESHOT, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects and safely manages personal information. This policy is established and disclosed in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to inform data subjects of the procedures and standards for handling personal information and to enable the prompt and smooth resolution of related complaints.

Article 1: Types of Personal Information Collected, Purpose, and Retention Period

1. The Company handles personal information for the following purposes. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those listed below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining additional consent will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

(1) Information collected during photo shoots

• Collected items: Photographed images (general members)
• Purpose: Smooth provision of photography services
• Retention period: 2 weeks by default. If a "file" is created within the service before the 2-week period ends, it is extended by 10 days from the creation date. If the photo is purchased before the expiration, it will be retained until the member withdraws and made available for viewing.

(2) Information collected during service registration

• Collected items:
  • General members: Email address, password, nickname, whether under 14
  • Photographer members: Display name, real name, contact information, email, whether under 14
• Purpose: Identification, consent confirmation, prevention of service use by minors under 14, maintenance of membership, and prevention of unauthorized use
• Retention period: Until member withdrawal

(3) Information collected when creating a "folder" in the service

• Collected items: Phone number, photo for identification
• Purpose: Verify identity of photo recipient, collect contact information for service-related inquiries
• Retention period: 10 days by default. Extended until completion if retouch request exists

(4) Information collected during paid service usage

• Collected items: Name, phone number, email address
• Purpose: Identity verification, provision of paid services, invoice issuance, and payment processing
• Retention period: 5 years in accordance with the E-Commerce Act
